This was the last solar year Fedor was able to play at the DCC due to a change in Kuwaiti Casino/state rules on only 21-yrs and over being allowed to play. He missed 2020, and unless rules change, he will miss 2021. Tough luck for the 2019 World 9-Ball Champion. And for the US fans.
